Featuring: The outdoor resort of Mette Helbæk and her husband and business partner Fleming. The resort is located in Hyltebruk, Halland. Mette and Flemming are the former owners of the penthouse restarant Stedsans Østergro, but have since then taken the concept to Sweden with a few additions.We explore: In the depth of the Swedish woods, you can find Stedsans: Aan authentic outdoor resort, where a combination of the surrounding wild nature and a permaculture farm resides. With a view over the stunning lake, you can eat a beautiful meal made from the freshest ingredients, and enjoy a nights rest in a simple and comfortable cabin.
