Featuring: The antique and art dealer Axel Vervoordt. The home: Gravenwezel castle lies in a village of the same name, just northeast of the city of Antwerp. Earlier the doors were open to the public, but today the castle is exclusively private. Axel thereby took the opportunity to decorate it nicely, because interior is his passion. The style: On the ground floor of the castle, he kept the spirit of place by surrounding himself with furniture and objects of choice. The style mixes antiques and art pieces of a great contemporary painter. For his apartment, he created architectural spaces entirely based on the "wabi", in which he states his approach to art and his philosophy of life.
