Featuring: Tineke (61), hostess and Hans (65), account manager at ‘Heineken brewery’.Since 2010 they lived in a completed self- designed houseboat.The home: Houseboat that was transformed from an old boat into a new and modern home. Measuring 100-sqm. Located at the side of the river “The Amstel” near Amsterdam, The Netherlands.The style: One floor, high ceilings, lots of glass windows, and good quality materials such as steel, concrete and wood – that was the wishes for the houseboat. The furnishing is highly treasured by the couple. They kept the lines clean and spices up the interior with a few strong colors, “Heineken Green” and “Fuchia Pink”.
