Featuring: In the fall the forest is full of good edible fruit and mushrooms. Here we have harvested black trumpet mushrooms, chanterelles, ripe juniper berries, hazelnuts and the season's final blackberries.Recipes: Salad with grilled chèvre toast, toasted hazelnuts and heather honey. Decorated with heather flowers. Juniper salt and / or salt with the dried black chanterelle. Grilled sander with butter on black trumpet mushrooms and smashed cauliflower. Meatballs of moos with juniper cream sauce, lingon berries and cucumber. Soup of chanterelles served with freshly baked shortcrust leaves. Blackberry pie with muscovado sugar and vanillaStyle: Natural and rustic.
