Featuring: Cecilia Wingård has since she discovered Sweet Peas been in love. It is not only the dinky soul of the flower that fascinates, it is as much its different colors and fabulous scents. The plant: Sweets Peas got a special place in many hearts, and is an obvious flower in most gardens. It also got a long and interesting European history. The hybridization of the sweet pea has over the years resulted in larger and wavier flowers, double flowers and longer and sturdier stems. Multi-colored and streaked sweet peas are another result of hybridization. But the new smell do not provide the same scent experience as the old varieties.
