Featuring: House designed by Interior architect Jennifer Valone. She mostly decorates private houses and also provides tailor-made furniture when she doesn’t find what is needed in the shops.The home: The summerhouse by the fjord is owned by a Norwegian family living abroad. When they are home for the holidays, they want to have room for all the guest that might pop by – even if it´s a boat full of them.The style: White and blues are the typical summer colours in Scandinavia, and the theme throughout the summerhouse. All fabrics are durable, and the colours and patterns chosen so they can be mixed and matched from room to room. The one piece, the interior architect gets most feedback on, is the bunk bed with three beds – perfect when a big group of friends are visiting. It is designed by Jennifer Valones husband; furniture designer Halvor Thorsen.
