Featuring: The house of Rikke and Jes, who bought the house in 2009.The home: Built and designed by Ole Helweg, this house formerly belonged to sculptor Torsten Johansson and his wife Birte in 1956. The house is designed in one-plan and is located north of Copenhagen. The style: The former owners of the house were inspired by the style of Japan, when building and designing their home. When Rikke and Jes moved in, they decided to preserve some of the former style of the home while still updating the old house. Inspired by the style of the American architect couple Charles and Ray Eames and a great love for modern art, the couple began redesigning the interior to fit their contemporary vision.
