Fine Christmas Tones at Maja Rosasco

Featuring: Maja Porsgaard Rosasco (36), journalist and interior stylist. She lives with her husband Kristian Porsgaard Rosasco (37), journalist and television producer, with their children Lily (6) and Viola (1).The home: A 200 square meter villa from 1900 – originally built as a summer house. The home is located in Espergærde.The style: Classic Scandinavian mixed with a little art deco and lots of second hand finds. In Maja’s home, personality and coziness are the key elements. Most of the things in the home are bought second hand or inherited. Maja likes to create different moods in the different rooms - such as in the blue living room, which is a bit dark and cave-like - in contrast to the large bright room that makes up the kitchen and dining area. Colors are important, and the tones fit together throughout the house where lamps and candles create the right lighting and mood in the rooms. The Christmas decorations are natural, modern and in subdued colors that fall into the decor.
