The blast is constant. Sun and rain compete on who will have the rule of the ruler. The late summer is definitely about to tip over in early autumn. In Katrinetorp's kitchen garden it is lush and grown. Already in May, Joachim harvested rhubarb here. Now he picks pumpkins, different kinds of beets, squash and tomatoes. The sandwiches are a popular feature of the menu. And Joachim thinks it's fun to create moderate and savory sandwiches with disputes. It's a real craftsmanship.
