Featuring: Sara Melinda Farhang Sandal (39) and her husband PålSandal, 37, and their 3 childrenThe House: The family fell for a house in the neighborhood of Stabekk from the 50s. They loved the location, the plot, and the view. Since the house itself has not been touched since it was first constructed, it was like a small 50's museum with patterned wallpaper and impractical. They took the opportunity to renovate, open the floor plan making it more functional, and put in large windows to fill the space with light. Sara's roots and Persian rugs were the inspiration for the color choices in the rest of the interior. The Style: The house is feminine with a mix of classic and modern. It is rich in the history of Sara’s roots from the Persian rugs to the colors on the walls. Those colors are blended with simple and clean nordic lines and smooth surfaces.
