Featuring: Lingonberries. So healthy, so versatile and so good to use in both savoury and sweet dishes. The tart little Nordic berry are easy to gather but can also be found frozen. We put the berries in traditional dishes like stirred and boiled in sugar for dessert but make interesting new ways of using them.
