Featuring: Builder and owner of Timberbygg Martin Aursand (37), His partner Marthe Wiggen Dahl (34), and their son Oluf August (8)The Home: In 2004, Martin Aursand bought the house from his grandparents Hallfrid and Knut Aune. Martin's grandmother and grandfather completed the house in 1961, in a building style typical of the time. They have preserved some of the unique parts of the home, they have added some new things, and added even more old. The master bedroom used to be the dining room. That is represented with the stained-glass window that shows a fork and spoon. They have stored his grandmother's award-winning garden and use the flowers throughout the home. The Style: The house is decorated with a wonderful mix of design classics, inherited family treasures, and a few new purchases.
