Featuring: It looks new, but it's not at all. Architect Nikolai "Nikki" Butenschøn, designed and tailor-made a bathroom that has held up for nearly 13 years. The Loft: This is no ordinary bathroom. Not all bathrooms have a pool, TV, and view of the stars. This room takes up the entire 50 m² of the apartment. The owner thought about changing the size to create more space in the living area, but it never happened. It is just too wonderful of a wellness room. The Style: The room appears state of the art but in fact, it is really quite raw. The bathtub and sink are made out of Corian. Should you get a scratch in it, it can be sanded and get back the original finish. Using materials like Corian aid in achieving the room's timeless look.
