Featuring: The apartment of Helena Sand in Majorsgatan in Gothenburg which became her experimental workshop. The home: Once purchasing her first home, Helena thought that finally, she got an outlet for her creative vein and for all those interior design ideas that are constantly popping up in her mind. With her dad's help, she repainted, changed the kitchen, and thought she would decorate with some kind of studio feel. But when they were done, it was not bright and fresh she wanted. She went back through and got the perfect shades of earthy red and yellow. They added molding and rosettes to the ceiling. Now the home is dynamic and colorful. The style: The home is both classic and daring, but also cozy and homey. Thanks to her ability to spot fleamarket gems and her keen eye for design hacks she has chosen crazy colors and daring objects to adorn her space.
