Featuring: Follow Johan, oyster hunting in the Wadden Sea, Limfjord, Horsens Fjord, Isefjord, and Roskilde FjordThe Idea: Oysters are a wonderfully delicious eat to take home from the ocean's large pantry. But did you know that you could harvest them straight from the fjord? Johan is a specialist in breeding oysters and he says that in the mid-80s an oyster farm was located around Orø and since then another was set up in Ejby during the 90s.The Style: You can almost smell the ocean and taste the salt in the air as we follow Johan into this tasty seascape venture.
