Living area 300 sqm, divided into 9 rooms, large kitchen, two bathrooms and furnished hall. Basement 150 sqm. Associated outbuildings of 1500 sqm. The house has undergone renovations during the 1940s, 1950s, 1970s and most recently 2015–2019.The Style: Karl & Petter decorate for Christmas in the true Scanian style of green Christmases surrounded with ivy, holly, boxwood, and of course Evergreen’s in garden and pots. The house almost looks as though it was made for Christmas celebrations.
