Evelina's Little Garden

Featuring: Out of thin air, John and Evelina Lundin-Klaar have created a flowering oasis with edible elements. Their own strawberry field to enjoy during spring and summer is just outside the village of Horna, between Kristianstad and Åhus, Skåne.The Garden: When the couple first began renting the semi-detached house is a tenancy with a small paved patio outside the front door, and a covered porch in the back they saw the potential to create a useful and relaxing outdoor space. After getting permission from the landlord, they began planning. The only catch was that it had to look “nice. ”The style: The beginner gardeners created a lush green oasis by learning, building, and planting as they go. Everything is from scratch, from the raised beds to their pursuits in trial and error, the couple has proven to be patient and tenacious.
