Featuring: The bathroom renovation in the 1925 home of school teachers and shop owners, Charlotte Haulund and Mark McLean Winberg in Brabrand, DenmarkThe Bathroom: The family’s bathroom was last renovated in the ’90s. It was a sad and worn-out room that did not fit the style of the charming old home. They first planned to expand the space and add design touches like unique tiles, and French flea market finds. “I think it's fun to decorate the bathroom and create a cozy atmosphere with things that have a meaning or carry a story. In this way, everyday life becomes a little more aesthetic, ” says Charlotte. The Style: Charlotte and Marc used their prowess as shop owners to transform the original bathroom into a cozy, inviting space with bold subway tile, and wonderful vintage finds found at French flea markets.
