Featuring: Sara Falby and Mads Iversen’s 76sqm summer house built in the 1960s located in KulhuseThe House: From the balcony of their Frederiksberg apartment, the couple dreamed of having a seaside home where they could escape. They found an old coal house, not far from the water. The house was not especially charming and resembled a dark cigar box. But as soon as they stepped in, they knew they had found the right home. Inside the walls, the couple could feel its potential and positive energy. The Style: Sara and Mads transformed a dark cigar box into a bright and lovely summer house with lots of personality and do-it-yourself solutions. They preserved its authentic 60s vibe but added striped textiles, sea blue colors, and a wealth of beautiful flea finds, creating a wonderful atmosphere of a seaside hotel.
