Featuring: Marie, Emmanuel, and their four children became the proud owners of a stately mansion that was built in 1896 in Brussels. The Home: The house that was last renovated in the 1960s was long overdue for an update. Marie took on the role of project manager and, with the assistance of professionals, addressed the electrical, plumbing, insulation, wall, and flooring needs of the house without altering its original layout. The Style: The Victorian style of the house served as a guide for choosing the materials and color palette, with a preference for Farrow & Ball. Marie incorporated vintage pieces, family heirlooms, and her own design choices to create a distinct and eclectic style that respects the Victorian era.
