Featuring: Selena & Tim turned an all-but abandoned jute factory from 1928 and transformed it into a beautiful family home in Rijssen, the NetherlandsThe Home: The young couple purchased a 1928 house in 2018 that was previously owned by the local jute factory. The building and yard were in poor condition, requiring extensive renovations. The couple updated the layout and installed in-floor radiant heating. With patience and care, Selena and Tim also restored some of the original details of the home.The Style: Selena has completed the major renovations and added her personal touch to the home through playful DIY projects. The living room boasts a crocheted lamp, while the dining room table is illuminated by a hanging homemade lamp. The overall decor of the home combines bohemian and natural elements within an industrial building, creating a delightful mix.
