Featuring: Margot and Seb’s elegant family home in Antwerp, shared with their two sons, Theo and Etienne. The Home: This striking 224-sqm townhouse, dating from between 1875 and 1910, was in pristine condition when Margot and Seb discovered it—thanks to the loving care of its previous owners. As an interior architect, Margot was keen to preserve its original character, including stained glass windows, ornate fireplaces and tiled floors. The couple made subtle yet thoughtful updates, such as a new kitchen, a completely reimagined bathroom, and a seamless link between the bedroom and bathroom. They also added custom pieces like a long built-in bench in the dining room. The Style: Eclectic and unexpected. Margot avoids a uniform aesthetic, preferring each room to have its own identity. From dark and moody to light and airy, the home offers a journey through contrasts, brought together by bold choices, layered textures and an eye for design that celebrates both heritage and originality.
