Featuring: Emma and her family live in an 88 sqm apartment built in 1912 of in leafy neighborhood in StockholmThe Apartment: The square shapped apartment building has a huge courtyard in the middle – with trees, a garden, and places for the kids to play, and to host craft fairs and music festivals. The housing association also has a workshop – where you can take broken stuff to be repaired and given new life. The Style: When Emma first moved in, the walls were bright white. Emma soon decided to give the home life by wallpapering the hallway and painting the rest of the room in shades of grey, pink, yellow, and green in organic paint. Here the style is sustainable living. From organic paint, to second-hand furniture, the emphasis is to live in a place with a small carbon footprint. Nothing new passes through her threshold.
