Featuring: Ida and Jonas's penthouse apartment in Nacka, outside Stockholm, Sweden. Jonas, 33, is a photographer and Ida, 33, is a hairdresser and content creator.The Apartment: When Ida and Jonas first bought this 71-sqm penthouse, the apartment was a bit worn and run down, so the couple started with a light renovation. They repainted all the surfaces, installed a wooden floor and put up a wall in the master bedroom so they had two smaller rooms. One room became a bedroom and the other a guest room for visiting family members. The sleeping loft was built together with the wardrobes underneath to create even more sleeping space for guests. Because they were unable to find the low furniture pieces they wanted, Ida designed some of the furniture pieces herself.The Style: The couple likes Asian influences and their penthouse interiors are in the Japandi style, combining earthy tones, minimalism, wood and low furniture with light and neutral walls for a harmonious atmosphere.
