Featuring: Esther and Peter's mansion in Haarlem, the Netherlands. The Home: Plenty of people had been put off by the 1884 mansion's dilapidated state when Peter and Esther discovered it in 2021, but Esther immediately recognised its potential. Although the 346-sqm house was dated and overgrown, the building was structurally sound. The couple began the renovation process with the top three floors, restoring the stairwell and adding an extra attic room and bathroom. The ground floor was next - here, a concrete floor was laid, a new kitchen installed, and Esther created a small home accessories shop in the front room. The Style: Esther has created a cosy and calm home, using earth tones and timeless high-end furnishings.
