Featuring: There are many of vegetables to choose from at the time of late summer/early fall. Potatoes, carrots, celeriac, beets, onions, fennel and herbs. The vegetables have been growing plenty during the summer and are filled with flavor and vitamins.Recipes: Beetroot soup with garlic croutons, horseradish cream, sour cream and dill. Baked onions with bacon, rosemary and cream. Baked fennel salad with arugula, lemon, olive oil, Manchego and roasted almonds. Baked trout. Celeriac galette with chevre, rosemary and honey. Roasted carrot salad with spinach, orange, black olives and pickled red onion. Moussaka with onions, eggplant, potatoes, lentils, feta cheese and oregano. Almond cake with caramelized plums.
